4 Shot Outside Lil Wayne’s Mansion

There are reports that there was a shooting at Lil' Waynes Miami mansion. The motive is unclear, however it had been confirmed that Lil' Wayne was not present.

Here's an excerpt from our Source

"Police are rushing to Lil Wayne’s Miami Beach mansion after someone called the cops and said they intended to start a firefight with officers. The person claimed 4 people had already been shot.

Miami PD have raced to the home on ritzy La Gorce Island right now … and have set up a perimeter.

The bizarre report comes 11 days after police raced to the home to check on a report of a suspicious person lurking outside the home. Cops let the guy go because when they arrived he was on public property."

FREE WEEZY!!!!!!

I've never been the type to scream free anybody but when your creativity is being stifled and you are being held prisoner by a label I think an exception should be made.

In response to his latest album the Carter V being held back, yesterday Lil' Wayne released some very controversial comments via his twitter account that indicated that he was a prisoner by Birdman. Rapper Pusha T further added fuel to the fire by responding in a very Suge Knight manner.

I have to admit I was totally confused by the whole thing and was completely expecting for a statement this morning but no....nothing. I would have never expected a beef between Weezy and Baby who seem like equal partners in the Cash Money/Young Money empire. I assumed his twitter had been hacked, but the rawness of the words seemed to have valid emotions behind them.

Who knows I'm definitely waiting for the next bit of tea.

Drake FINALLY Leaving Young Money!!!!!!!

This is a story I knew I would be writing about sooner or later. Young Money superstar Drake aka Wheelchair Jimmy (IJS)  has decided to leave Young Money and join ASCAP (AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR COMPOSERS, ARTISTS, AND PUBLISHERS). Yeah there have been rumors that Drizzy was going to make a splash at RocNation in 2011 but those were quickly shot down by both Drake and Young Money CEO Lil' Wayne. But this time it's official, but what really sparked the move? No doubt it was a great choice because despite what he said in his song the Young Money ship is CLEARLY sinking. I mean with Nicki off doing her American Idol thing, Weezy hopped up on prescription medications, and the rest of the team pretty much flopping....what does the label have to offer someone with such potential. Especially with the OVO brand offering artists like The Weeknd and Wayne's almost overdose it seems to me like Drake reacted in order to protect his interest.
I'm just interested to see what this means for Young Money because no matter how much I love Nicki Minaj her moment is almost up unless she can come up with something else......
Until later.....follow me on twitter @stilettomcqueen
